Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Esha Sarees! We hope you enjoy your order. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we want to ensure that you can return it with ease.
Return Instructions:
- Defective Products: Please initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving your product if it is defective.
- Condition of Returns: The returned product must be unwashed, unaltered, and unused with tags intact. The product will be inspected upon receipt to ensure these conditions are met.
- Initiating a Refund: Once we receive and verify your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 to 15 working days. Refunds will be credited to the same account used for your original payment.
Special Note for COD Orders:
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, please contact us at contact@ellampillaisarees.com to initiate your refund.
Refund Process:
- Please note that the timing of the actual credit to your account depends on multiple third-party agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be granted only under the following circumstances:
- Packages lost in transit (Customer must provide Courier slip with AWB number).
- Incorrect item delivered.
- Products returned in used or damaged condition (We cannot accept returns if products are altered or used).
Refunds will only be processed after we have received and verified the returned product.
Important Notes:
- Design and colour variations: Please note that slight variations in design and colour may occur due to lighting or monitor differences. We cannot accept returns for such variations.
